You love the crests available in the shop, and one of them is *almost* perfect, but you want to make some minor adjustments. You might want to use the shape/florals of one, but color of another, add a fun element (lobsters, crabs, oysters, and ducks have been favorites!), or add a specific flower type that is special to you. I have just about every flower type in my collection so I'm happy to do this! My past clients have been so creative and I love seeing what we come up with together!

What is included?

Digital crest files; PNG, PDF and JPEG in 300 DPI high resolution of your crest that you can use on so many things! Invitations, stationery, signs, pillows, can coozies, welcome gifts, gift tags, and so much more. Vector files also available for an additional fee if needed for extra large signs or if your vendor requires them for dance floor decals, etc.


Process

- Tell me your monogram letter(s)
- Tell me which crest we are using / making minor adjustments to
- Describe what you are looking for in changes, colors, additions, etc. in either the 'notes to seller' section when you check out or in a message to me. If you need to send pictures to help explain, send in a message to me!
- I will send you monogram options to choose from in your letters.
- Then I will provide a proof with 1-2 variations for you to choose from. Based on your feedback I will send you a completed crest proof with any adjustments, and then I can edit and adjust with your feedback if needed prior to final files being made.
(up to 2 times/rounds of revisions included, so please be as specific as possible!)

If you have any examples to demonstrate your vision, please share, but note that I will only use for inspiration, I will not recreate anyone else's work.

Turnaround
1-3 weeks, dependent on your response time to monogram selection and proof approval. Ask me if "Rush" is available if you are in a rush and need faster, rush fee would apply.

The design process includes selecting monogram together, then making the changes you indicate, and up to 2 proofs included before final files are sent.


This purchase does NOT include:
- Venues, custom pet portraits, people
- Complete overhaul / change of design or shape of the crest
- 3 letter intertwined monograms (only side-by-side are available for 3-letter monograms)
- Custom monogram design if you don't want to use one of the 20+ options provided
- More than 2 rounds of editing are not included

2. Provide all of the information you want customized, or send me the info in a message. You are welcome to share photos for design inspiration but I do not copy others so no "re-creations" or exact copies. Send me a picture via etsy messages if you have something to show me. This listing includes up to 2 proofs; additional changes beyond that require the "additional proof" listing to be purchased. Additional rounds of changes/editing $75/each--so be as specific as possible beforehand.

**Monogram options are limited to what I have in my collection. I have a very large collection of monograms so I'm sure to have something you love, but on the off chance you don't like any of them drawing a new monogram is not included or available. You may purchase a custom monogram elsewhere and I can include in your crest for you. If you require a specific monogram or design not shown anywhere in my shop, please inquire prior to purchase. If you require a custom pet portrait or venue, that is not included or available, but you can purchase elsewhere & provide high resolution digital files to me to include in your crest.

Refunds are not available for custom work nor digital files. Crest files are for personal use only. No commercial use / resale is allowed.
I reserve the right to re-use the design or part of the design for future work/offerings.
